
Unions and Student Activities is available to help you coordinate your upcoming event in one of our meeting rooms, on the Pedway, or in Prochnow Auditorium. Please refer to our Meeting Rooms page for information onour facilities and associated costs in the University Union. Reservations are made through the Unions and Student Activites Events Coordinator on a first come, first served basis. Please request space a minimum of two weeks prior to your date for a small meeting; larger scale events must be reserved no later than one month before your planned event date.
All NAU students, facultly, staff and guests must abide by the policies set forth in theNAU University Union Guide. Failure to do so may be grounds for removal from the Union and/or the University.

NAU Dining Services is the sole provider of food and beverage service in the University Union.
All visitors on campus must have a temporary parking permit or park in a metered lot.
