Mission:  Educate in order to aid in the recruitment, retention, support, and advancement of minority students in the hospitality industry. Build and mantain relationships between hospitality professionals and minority students in ways that encourage lifelong commitment to the organization. 
 
Community service projects:  Assis with Discover NAU, host visiting High School students interested in the hospitality industry.

Events: See above in addition to fundraising.
