Event Planning

The Office of Student Life assists student organizations in planning and organizing events and activities. 

We are available to consult with you and members of your organization on Mondays through Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. which are walk-in days to meet with a staff member.  You may also arrange an appointment by calling Student Life at 928-523-5181. 

Be prepared to give information about your event such as prospective dates/times, location, ideas about your proposed event, and contact person(s).

*Note:  Student organizations hosting an on campus event must have their event approved through the Office of Student Life.
