RHA Resources for Residence Hall Events
Hall Allocations
RHA awards each residence hall association $400.00, which may be used for expenditures such as hall improvement, programs, and other uses that are approved by the RHA Finance Committee. In order to qualify for a hall allocation, the hall must be in good standing with RHA which is to be determined by the Public Relations Director of RHA. Once the hall receives good standing approval, an RHA representative may request the Request for Expenditure Form from an RHA executive. Once completed and submitted, the form will be reviewed by RHA's Finance Committee for approval and then the Finance Director of RHA will give the final approval for the hall allocation.

Popcorn/Cotton Candy Machine Rental
RHA has a popcorn machine and a cotton candy machine to be rented out for resident hall events. A Resident Assistant (RA), Graduate Assistant of Residence Life (GA), Residence Hall Diretor (RHA), and other Full-Time Residence Life staff may rent out these equipment (special arrange can be made with the Finance Director of RHA). The machine comes will all of the materials necessary such as cotton candy sugar, cotton candy cones, popcorn, popcorn bags, etc. Please fill out the form request form below and submit it to the Finance Director of RHA.
