

| Assignment Process & Information | |

Assignments are made by the date application is completed, class status, and lifestyle choices of the student. Hall and roommate requests are accommodated whenever possible - but cannot be guaranteed. A confirmation letter will be mailed when the application is complete. Fall assignments are made throughout the summer. Final assignment information will be sent to the student notifying them of their hall, room, roommate, and mailing address information in August. Since many changes occur during the summer, the information is sent just prior to the halls opening in August. Spring assignments are made in late December and January. Students are sent information notifying them of their hall and mailing address information in December and January. | |

If you find that you have made an error on your housing application, contact our office to correct the problem. If you would like to add additional requests to a submitted application - hall, roommate, or single room requests, please go to manage my campus housing to submit a request. Please do not submit any additional applications. | |
