What do you like best about living your Learning Community?
The thing I like best about living in Ed House is you get to live with people who have the same major as you, which means you get to be in the same classes with the people you live with.
What are the benefits of living in a Learning Community?
The benefits of living in Ed House is you share a lot of the same classes with the people in your hall, which means if you don't understand the homework you have people in your hall that you can go to, and when you have tests you can get into groups and study together. Another benefit of living in Ed House is the programs are really beneficial to you. For example you get to meet faculty from the College of Ed at faculty dinners, which means you might know some of your future teachers in advance before you take their class.
What has been the best Learning Community event for you, and why?
The best Ed House event for me has been the faculty dinners because you can ask them any question you have, whether it's about the College of Ed, their particular class, or anything you want to know about your major. I am also excited to be getting our Ed House t-shirts and we are planning a team building activity (like a ropes course) for next semester which I am excited for as well!
