All deadlines listed below are pro-rated for non-16 week classes.

10/26 First day to submit petition to change residency status for the Spring 2010 term
10/26-11/18 Early Enrollment for Spring 2010 (continuing students only)
November 2009
10/26-11/18 Early Enrollment for Spring 2010 (continuing students only)

Open Enrollment begins (for continuing and new students)

11/26-11/27 THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY (University Closed) – Open enrollment is available on LOUIE during university closure

12/16 Unpaid students are placed in payment plan

1/11 $50 late enrollment fee in effect
1/18 MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY (University Closed)
1/22 Last day to add (without having to file a petition and pay a late add fee)
1/22 Last day to change Audit to Credit or Credit to Audit
1/22 Last day to file for Grade Replacement
1/22 Last day to submit residency reclassification petition
1/23 Petition to Add a class and $25 late add fee in effect
1/25 Last day to drop with 100% refund for M16 session classes – See www.nau.edu/bursar/refunds.htm for more information.
February 2010
2/1 Administrative Drop deadline and 21st day enrollment count
2/2 Census $100 Add fee for M16 session classes in effect
2/5 Last day to Drop/Delete (without class appearing on students’ transcripts)
2/6 Drop with a “W” in effect (class will appear on students’ transcripts with a “W” where grade is reported)
2/8 Enrollment for Summer 2010 begins
2/10 Commencement program deadline for name inclusion
2/12 Last day to file for A/Pass/Fail
2/17 – 3/9 Submission of mid-term grades
2/26 Last day to submit residency reclassification appeal
March 2010
3/12 Last day to drop with a “W” (without having to file a petition and pay a $25 late processing fee)
3/13 Petition to drop a class and $25 late drop fee in effect
3/15-3/19 SPRING BREAK (no classes)
3/22-3/31 Early Enrollment for Fall 2010 begins (continuing students only)
April 2010
4/1-4/14 Early Enrollment for Fall 2010 continues (continuing students only)
4/15-4/30 Open Enrollment for Fall 2010 begins (for continuing students, new transfer and readmitted students with more than 30 units, new graduate students)
4/23 Last day to officially withdraw from the University for the Spring 2010 term (from all classes)
4/23 Undergraduate graduation application deadline at Registrar’s Office for Fall 2010 commencement (contact your college for their earlier graduation application deadlines; Graduate students should contact the Graduate College for their deadline)
4/26-4/30 End of term week

5/1-5/31 Open Enrollment for Fall 2010 continues (for continuing and new students)
