Why have a Personal Trainer?

Two of the primary reasons to have a personal trainer are education and motivation. The client learns how to achieve his or her goals, while recieving instruction and encouragement. This has proven to be a successful means of achieving personal fitness goals. For many people, success is possible as they are able to learn and see results, while having fun!

What can a Personal Trainer do for you?

Small Group Training

Come workout two times a week with a small group of 3 to 6 people with a certified personal trainer who will lead you through a challenging, full body cardio and strength workout.  Each workout is based on experience progression and fitness levels.  Within weeks you'll notice a difference in your strength, your energy and overall fitness levels.

NOVEMBER PROGRAM

Training days/times:  Every Tues. & Thurs. 6-7 p.m.  Begins November 10th.

Program Description

Come get a great individualized workout with our certified personal trainer, Frank Mcgrade. He will lead you through a small group training program consisting of 3 to 6 people. This training program is for all fitness levels from the beginner who’s never set foot in a weight room to the fit gym junkie whose looking to push themselves and gain more knowledge. This weight training program will help you learn and get a better understanding of exercise technique. It will incorporate the use of machine weights and free weights as well as medicine balls and Swiss balls for the core training.

Exercising should never be boring so sign up now to experience working out on a whole new level. This small group training is designed to help push you and guide you but most importantly it’ll show you how to make your workouts fun and worthwhile!!   

Price: $35 (includes 7 sessions)

 

Body Composition Assessment
Body composition assessments determine the relative percentage fat mass. It is important to assess body composition in order to determine a reasonable body weight goal and to develop a safe effective exercise program to reach that goal.

Orientation

This orientation program is designed for beginning fitness levels for individuals who want a well-rounded program in a short time frame. The client will learn proper techniues on circuit training equipment and cardiovascular equipment. Session duration ranges from 45-60 minutes.

Personal Training Packages

Small Group Training - 8 Sessions - $40 (Rec Members), $80 (Non-Rec Members)

*You can make-up 2 missed workout sessions in the small group training program the following month.

Body Composition Assessment - 1 Assessment - $5

Orientation - 1 Session - $15

Package I - 3 Sessions - $60

Package II - 6 sessions - $114

Package III - 12 sessions - $216

Partner Package 3 sessions - $90
