Massage Therapy

A massage from a certified therapist can reduce stress, muscle soreness, and chronic pain. Increased circulation assists the body in the healing process and promotes restful sleep. Ideally, freedom of movement will increase along with a refreshed sense of well-being.

Reiki Sessions

What is REIKI (pronounced Ray-kee)?

REIKI is light energy used to:

Rejuvenate and renew cells

Relieve stress

Increase vitality and health

What Could Clients Expect in a REIKI Session?

-REIKI clients lay down first face up then face down on a massage table, or can remain seated in a comfortable chair.

- Gentle hand placements are made by the practitioner simply holding energy centers on the body without the pressure or kneading of massage.

-Clothes remain on during a session.

-Blankets and pillows may be used for comfort.

-Meditative and calming phrases may be used during the session for optimum effect.

Who is the Reiki Practitioner?

Shannon Arnett, REIKI Practitioner, Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MA), Certified Energy Practitioner (CEHP), Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT)
