This powerful and effective class will strengthen and define your entire body using amplified resistance and cardio exercises. This class will incorporate training techniques that will challenge all the major muscle groups, strengthen the core muscles, improve posture and increase cardiovascular endurance!

High intensity, high energy class for 30-minutes in shallow water and 30-minutes in deep water. With the use of an aquajogger, this class will incorporate interval training in a suspended environment providing you with an incredible cardiovascular and resistance trainng workout. You will sculpt and tone your muscles incorporating leg strenthening exercises, sculling and resistive aqua equipment.

Learn how to focus on technique and alignment of each posture and open up your body for flexibility and strength training. The routines feature aerobic fitness with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It’s a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps perfect for anyone with or without dance experience!! Come Zumba with us!
