5:00-6:00 p.m. Cardio Sculpt
Maximize your calorie expenditure with a combination of cardio (step/hi-lo/kickboxing) and strength training. High intensity intervals and low impact floor aerobic movement paired with resistance training will take your workout regiment to a whole new level! See and feel immediate results.

6:15-7:15 p.m. Pilates
Get in the best shape of your life by participating in pilates and learning the pilates principles that are changing the way society thinks about fitness. You will learn how to challenge core and peripheral strength while working on posture, coordination, balance and flexibility plus minimizing excess bulk!

This class takes the traditional step moves and transforms them into imaginative step combinations by simply adding the elements of rhythm, direction and style! Class wouldn¡¯t be complete without integrating great toning and muscular strengthening exercises. This class sure brings the "fun factor" back into a workout!

Join us for a cardiovasular journey! This class will challenge you in ways you didn¡¯t think possible with sprints, climbs, and jumps. This intense workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance with high energy music and exhillerating rides!

Drop it like it's hot! A mix of salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, samba, bachata, belly dance, and hip hop - you won't feel like you are in a fitness class, you will feel like you are at the club! This class combines fast and slow rhythms that get your heart pumping. It¡¯s a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps perfect for anyone with or without dance experience!! Come Zumba with us!

7:15-8:15 p.m. Boxing
This workout is designed to give you an alternative, yet challenging workout! The workouts will consist of non-contact basic techniques, numerous offensive and defensive drills as well as many other aspects of boxing! Never done boxing before? That¡¯s ok! Our group fitness boxing instructors will teach the basics as well as advanced techniques to everyone! Blow off some steam and get fit! Location:

2:30-3:30 p.m. Aqua Fitness- Deep Water
A high intensity, high energy class, this class will incorporate interval training in a suspended environment providing you with an incredible cardiovascular and resistance training workout. You will sculpt and tone your muscles incorporating leg strengthening exercises, sculling and through the use of resistive aqua equipment.

Through this class, gain experiential knowledge while you are taught the foundations of yoga. Learn how to focus on technique and alignment of each posture and open up your body for breathing, flexibility, and strength training. The workout helps reduce your stress and improves your physical and mental balance. Each Yoga workout can be easily modified to accommodate all experience levels.

If you are looking to gain freedom in your climbing experience, attend this clinic to work towards your belay card. Once you have a belay card, you can belay a partner without the assistance of the climbing wall staff. Prior climbing experience required.

This "remix" class is filled fabulous strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using weights. Body Sculpting is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Body Sculpting is highly recommended to those interested in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism.
