Freshman Fusion Remix: All Levels Yoga & Hydration & Exercise

All freshman are invited to attend this Freshman exclusive Group Exercise Class every Wednesday. Gain experiential knowledge though this class while you are taught the foundations of yoga. Learn how to focus on technique and alignment of each posture and open up your body for flexibility and strength training. The average person is made up of two thirds water. Are you starving your body of getting the right amount of water?

This incredible cardio workout is full of exhilarating kick and punch combinations that will keep your heart rate up and deliver great results. This class incorporates cardio and weight bearing intervals that will make your body burn! Along with this great workout, you'll learn the basics behind clean eating and how you can do it successfully in your residence halls!

The Red Rocks of Sedona provide a beautiful backdrop as you work with our Yoga Instructor to develop your mind and body. This day trip offers participants a chance to practice traditional Yoga in an outdoor setting surrounded by the natural beauty of Sedona. Expect a day of healthy exertion with Yoga, and also a chance to relax the mind with meditation. Think rock climbing looks cool, but not sure where to start? Climbing is an excellent way to de-stress and get a full-body workout, whether climbing inside or out. Stop by this clinic and learn the basics from NAU Outdoors instructors, and discover that climbing is just as much about fun and creativity, as it is about strength. All equipment is provided.

Challenge your body and feel the workout while having a great time dancing to popular fast-past hip hop beats. This class is for both experienced and non experienced dancers, everyone is welcome! So come and shake your body and learn fun new dances. Eating healthy with a busy lifestyle can seem almost impossible. Get good ideas for foods that are quick, easy and healthy for you.

l freshman are invited to attend this Freshman exclusive Group Exercise Class every Wednesday. Enjoy a 30-minute, calorie-burning, muscle-toning workout, Jazzercise Express, with fun dance routines choreographed to today's hottest music. Living in a dorm and making all of your own food choices from foods available on campus can be a challenge, but you can learn to take advantage of your meal plan in a healthy way.

Jazzercise is an incredible 60-minute class full of cardio, strength and stretch moves for a TOTAL body workout. This class utilizes moves from hip hop, yoga, pilates, jazz, kickboxing and resistance training and bundled them into one hour! All ages, levels and sizes welcome so come join us today!
