On NIRSA Sports & Fitness Day you’ll
find a variety of fitness activities all at
the Campus Recreation Center:

> Free group exercise classes, noon–5 p.m.
> Free chair massages, 4–6 p.m.
> Free body fat compositions, 2–4 p.m.
> Free health and club fair, noon–4 p.m.
> Free open climbing wall,  noon–4 p.m.
> Weight lifting competition, 5–8 p.m.

If you’re already in a fitness routine, try something new. If not, now’s the time to give it a try!
