Who We Are

Contracting and Purchasing Services is comprised of Accounts Payable, Contracting, Campus Supply, Property Administration, Property and Liability Insurance Services, Property Surplus, Purchasing and Purchasing Card.

Contracting and Purchasing Services is under the jurisdiction of the Comptroller's Office.

 

Mission Statement

The mission of Contracting and Purchasing Services is to satisfy the requirements of our internal and external customers in a timely, efficient manner in support of the University's overall mission and goals while maintaining the regulations set forth by the State of Arizona, the Arizona Board of Regents and the University.

 

Newsletter

The Contracting and Purchasing Services Newsletter is a regularly published newsletter that keeps departments up to date on purchasing, accounts payable, property liability, insurance, contracting and property administration issues.  Notifications of new issues will be distributed to Business Managers and Advantage User listserves.
