For your convenience you may purchase a day permit ($5) for commuter parking lots at our guest kiosks located at the entrances of campus on Knoles Drive, McConnell Drive, San Francisco Street and Riordan Road. Day permits may also be purchased at our office located in building #91. The kiosks and our office accept major credit cards only. We are unable to accept cash or check.
Guests parking on campus in the evening after 4:30 p.m. may park in designated commuter lots which require no permit overnight until 7:30 a.m. These lots are located near Health & Learning Center (P7A), behind Cline Library (P13) and near the McConnell Dr. / Pine Knoll Dr. intersection (P62).
The Parking Services office is only able to accept credit card payments. Cash payments must be made at the Bursar's office. If you only have cash, please contact our office so that we can provide assistance.
Vehicles with a government license plate do not require any permit. The license plates typically begin with the letter "G" or have some other indicator that they are a government vehicle. Please feel free to contact our office to verify your plates will not require an additional permit.
NAU Departments may order guest permits to be used on a specific date or as needed throughout the year if paying with a department account. We require the form be submitted for billing purposes. Permits cost $3 per permit per day
To request parking permits for an individual guest or for a conference group, download one of the forms below and email, mail, or fax it to Parking Services, P.O. Box 5603, Flagstaff, AZ 86011.
Requests must be received at least 2 business prior to date needed. Requests made with less that 2 business days will be charged $5 per permit per day.
We will notify the requestor when the order is ready to be picked up. Permits may be picked up at Parking & Shuttle Service office located in the Centennial building Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Guest or Conference permits may not be used on vehicles with an NAU Parking Permit.
