When you register with a carpool, you’re automatically enrolled in the GRH program for emergency situations. If you leave work before the other members, you may initiate and secure taxi transportation, and Parking Services will reimburse expenses within city limits. You must pay the taxi company at the time of service, complete and return a reimbursement form, and include the original receipt for reimbursement. A check will be mailed to your address. Gratuities will not be reimbursed.
