Biking on campus is one of the most convenient ways to travel the campus. Bike racks are located close to most buildings. The following resources are provided to promote safe bicycling on the university campus.
Please review the Arizona Bicycle Laws and additional bicycle information by NAU Police.
Students who wish to protect their bike from snow and rain may now take advantage of our new bike lockers and enclosures.
Registration begins August 25, 2011.
Students need to bring their Jackscard, Bicycle Locker and Enclosure Rental Agreement, and bike (if the bike has not been previously registered for a bike sticker) to the Parking Services office during business hours. Lockers and enclosures will be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Three locations of bike lockers; south of McConnell Hall, south of University Union and southwest of Gateway. A bike locker may be rented for $30 for 1 semester or $75 for the year.
Two locations of bike enclosures in the Knoles Garage and the Mt. View Garage. A space in an enclosure may be rented for $15 for 1 semester or $40 for the year.
Students, faculty & staff bringing a bike to campus are strongly encouraged to register their bike. For your convenience, you can register your bike at the Parking & Shuttle Services office located in the Centennial building Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm at no cost to the owner.
Registration services are also available at the Flagstaff Police Department for $1.
