NAU Theater presents Shakespeare's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
The musings and off stage encounters of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are the focus of this witty and thought provoking comedy by Tom Stoppard. With Shakespeare's Hamlet as background, Stoppard created the off stage antics of two minor characters waiting for their few moments of scripted action. From Rosencrantz and Guildenstern's perspective their world makes no sense, and all they can do is question their existence and wait: for Hamlet, for Meaning, for Death.

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead will be playing Feb. 29 and March 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8 at 8 p.m. There will also be a 2 p.m. matinee on Mar. 1 and 2. Tickets are $11 for general admission, $10 for faculty, staff and senior citizens, and $8 for students and children. Call the NAU Central Ticket Office at (928) 523-5661.
