Need to know: fall 2008 billing information
Students with tuition, housing and/or meal plan charges will receive a one-time paper invoice. All monthly bills after July will be created electronically on LOUIE and students will be notified by an e-mail sent to their nau.edu e-mail address. Schedule changes made after this billing will not generate another paper statement. For more information, click here.
Get involved with the Parents' Association

If you're interested in joining our Board of Directors or Committees, please contact the Parents’ Association at (928) 523-6267 or by e-mail at Parent.Association@nau.edu.
Tips on preparing for move in
Most residence halls open Thursday, August 21 at 9 a.m., and Campus Dining locations will open at lunchtime and continue with extended hours. If your student is assigned to Pine Ridge Village, building A or B or Gabaldon Hall, Birch Wing, you will be able to begin checking in on Friday, August 22 at 9 a.m. Students must check-in by Monday, August 25.
In early August, students will be sent an assignment letter as well as helpful move-in tips. The letter will include roommate name(s) and contact information, room assignment, mailing address, and telephone number.
If you're planning to ship items to campus, it is recommended that you wait until your student's assignment letter arrives, as it contains the mailing address that will ensure the items go directly to your student's hall.
If your student does not yet have a meal plan, it's not too late to get one. Campus Dining will have more than 21 locations across campus to satisfy the time, taste and nutritional needs of every student, with some locations open until 2 a.m.! Make sure your student has a plan—weekly plans as well as block semester plans available. For more information click here.
Students now use their university ID card to open the exterior doors of their residence hall. If they do not have a university ID card, they may stop by the NAUCard Services Office, located in the University Union, building 30, prior to checking into a residence hall.
