
Leadership
The Parents' Association board is made up of four committee chairs that each serve one year terms. Elections for positions takes place at the annual meeting, held each year during Family Weekend. Each committee has specific responsibilities and volunteers are sought to serve as committee members. The Family Weekend Committee helps to plan and staff events during Family Weekend. The Orientation Committee is active during new student orientation, to welcome parents and provide services while they are on campus. The Recruitment Committee seeks parent volunteers to attend recruitment events for new students, to share the current parent perspective with parents of prospective students. The Special Projects Committee takes on tasks that do not fit into the other commmitee responsibilities.
