Signing Up For WILD Ventures

 

Are you ready for your summer adventure?

Teens can register create the WILD Venture experience that will best meet their needs.  You can sign up for one or all of the WILD Venture experiences this summer. 

If you wish to register for the program, here is where you start.  First, you will need to print off the registration form and submit it with your $75.00 deposit to NAU Outdoors Rental Window.   NAU Outdoors is located in the Recreation Center building #25 on north campus.   Your teen will not be placed on the class roster until both the registration form and deposit has been received.

When you submit your registration form and deposit you will receive a packet that includes the following information:

            Policies and Procedures

            Pre Course Assessment

            Medical Form and Informed Consent

            Participant Code of Conduct

Each of these forms has been linked in case you misplace your packet.
