NAU Outdoors Rental Policies
- Reservations: All reservations must be made in person and paid in full. No telephone reservations will be accepted.
- Cancellations: No charge for cancellations if 24-hour notice is given. If equipment is not picked up by 6pm on the day of request, reservation will be cancelled.
- Late Fees: A late fee will be charged for each day an item is overdue. We do not waive late fees. Items more than 1 week overdue will be considered lost and you will be charged for the replacement cost of the item. Late Fees not paid within a week will result in a fine.
- Pick Up: Equipment must be picked up on the day of request by 6 PM. An official ID is required to pick up gear.
- Cleaning: Please return clean items to NAU Outdoors. A $10 minimum cleaning fee will be assessed to dirty equipment returned to NAU Outdoors.
- Lost/Damaged Equipment: Renter is responsible for costs of repairs and/or replacement of goods.
- Holds: Charges not paid within 48 hours of equipment return will result in a STUDENT ACCOUNT HOLD, preventing registration activity.
- Refunds: No refunds will be made.
