Week 3 Mountain Biking

Are you ready for adventure?  The Mountain Biking week will provide you with the skills needed to hit the trail and keep you and your bike in good working order.

Meet the Instructors-

Paige Healy:

Paige is the lead instructor of the program and comes to NAU from Virginia.  She is currently working on a degree in Parks and Recreation Management.  Paige works with NAU Outdoors as a Challenge Course Supervisor, Trip Leader and Rental Window Assistant and is a certified Wilderness First Responder and Leave-No-Trace Trainer.

Brett Wham!:

Brett is currently working on a degree in Engineering here at NAU.  Brett is a certified NAU Challenge Course Facilitator.

        The program will begin and end at the Recreation Center (building #25) on the campus of NAU.

        What are the times and dates of the program?

       The Moumntain Biking week will run from July 30- Aug 3.  Each morning the program will meet at 8:30AM and the students will be ready to be picked up at 3:00PM.
