For over ten years the NAU Challenge course has provided sports teams with a unique experience that can unite the team around success. Adventure-based activities can provide a window into the way a team communicates, works together and supports each other when they are confronted with a challenge. Reflective questions can than draw out the keys for success when the team moves off of the Challenge Course and into the sports arena. High element activities allow team members to practice success in the face of fear and resistance. The overall experience may give you the edge needed to propel you past your opponents.
