It is University policy that every class, every time it is taught, will be evaluated by students.

Students in online classes can use this link to complete an online evaluation.  Faculty can find compilations of student responses to online evaluations here. At present, students in face-to-face classes must use the evaluation forms distributed in class.

Evaluation of Faculty
Arizona Board of Regents policy is  "that all faculty members whether tenured/non-tenured, or non-tenure eligible, should be evaluated on an annual basis."  Faculty are, then, evaluated annually and when they come up for promotion and tenure.

Faculty in Humanities, Arts, and Religion are evaluated annually by a committee of peers consisting of one elected, tenured faculty member from each of the areas. They typically review a file prepared by the faculty member containing a self assessment of the previous year's accomplishments, as well as data provided by the department or the University including grade distribution, a teaching load report, and scanned student evaluations.
