

Bruce S. Urdang, J.D., is a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona and an assistant professor of hospitality law at Northern Arizona University's School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. He received his JD from St. John's University School of Law in New York City in 1984 and his Bachelor's degree in political science from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta in 1980. Dr. Urdang practiced law in Phoenix in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation prior to joining the faculty of NAU in 1989. Dr. Urdang is a member of the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.
