Kim Knowles is the advisement coordinator for HRM. Kim worked at the Gateway Student Success Center as a student academic specialist. Before she worked at the Gateway Center, Kim worked as an Administrative Secretary at HRM. Prior to working at HRM, Kim was a call center manager for Best Western International Inc.
