Tournament Fundraiser at
Forest Highlands Golf Club
in Flagstaff, the Meadow
Course.

Forest Highlands is one of the
top courses in the state of
Arizona. It is a private club
and this is a rare opportunity
for you to play the course.

The money raised supports
the school and student
scholarships.

Registration begins at 10 AM;
Tee-off at 11:30 AM.

Format: Scramble

Price: $225 per player.
Includes cart, deluxe box
lunch, cooler station
beverages, and reception

Reception: Following golf,
with Hors d'eovres,
sandwiches, libations, Raffle
& Silent Auction

Awards: At the post-game
Reception. Awards, raffle
drawing, and business-card
drawing.

You can help us with our Event by:

Passing this flyer along to a fellow golfer who believes in the cause of higher education and the power of hospitality.

Encouraging a colleague to form their own 4-some and join in the fun.

Contributing a prize and encouraging your colleagues to do the same.

Asking your firm to contribute as a sponsor (see sponsorship levels form).

Your support helps the students of The School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University.

 

More fun - before and during - the Tourney

Pre-Golf “Splash” Contest: Share the pot with other precision players! Starts at 10:45 AM.

Hole-in-One Prize: Win a prize if you sink one straight off the tee on the designated hole.

Designated Driver: Pay a pro to hit a longer drive for you on one of those high par holes.

Photo Op: Pause to pose with your teammates to remember the day’s glory.

Mulligan’s Too: Mulligans will be available “for the strokes that you choke”!

Upscale Silent Auction: Held during the post-game reception, this will be the most exciting part of the day for the savvy.

Could you encourage your employer to donate something?

Or, if you're a business owner, might you donate an item or service for our Silent Auctions?

Do you have a new, antique, or collectible item that would interest auction bidders?

Donate any of these to HRM and you'll earn a legitimate tax deduction. Silent auctions are actually one of the most important features of our events....and this is another way you can help.

 

Last Year at the Golf Tourney

Last year, the HRM Golf Tournament, hosted by Ron Evans (former dean of HRM) at Forest Highland’s Canyon Course, was held on October 8. The weather was ‘picture perfect’ providing the participating local and Phoenix HRM supporters, local business members, and alumni the opportunity to try their luck on the number one rated course in Arizona.
