Kathleen Birch, M.Ed. is the Administrative Secretary for the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.  Kathleen received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Northern Arizona University.  Prior to work at Northern Arizona University she worked for 9 years for Best Western International both in their Reservations and Customer Service Departments.  Kathleen was a Reservations Supervisor at the Flagstaff Call Center for Best Western International, located inside the School of HRM from August of 1996 until the center closed in January of 2002.

In addition to her other job duties, Kathleen is also a part time instructor for the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and advisor for the NAU Chapter of the National Society for Minorities in Hospitality.

Kathleen is an active member of the Flagstaff Sunrise Lions Club and on the Board of Directors for Lions Camp Tatiyee, a camp funded entirely by the Lions of Arizona for Mentally and Physically challenged children and adults.

Kathleen is married to Todd Birch and has two children, a son Django and daughter Victoria.
