Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic

Behavioral psychology and applied behavior analysis are exciting perspectives that focus on the interactions between the child as an individual, their biological predispositions, behavioral history and the immediate environment.

The Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic focuses on the following areas:

  1. Appropriate assessment methods based on best research practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis.
  2. Treatment and intervention linked directly to assessment results
  3. Promotion of adaptive and appropriate behavior
  4. The reduction of maladaptive and inappropriate behavior
  5. Generalization and maintenance of behavior change across settings and care providers

Services offered:

  1. Services for children with disabilities exhibiting challenging behavior
  2. Services for typically developing children exhibiting challenging behavior
