U.S. Olympic Community Partner

The Community Partner Program focuses on uniting forces with a select group of U.S. communities that work directly with the USOC to increase public awareness of Olympic and Paralympic sports. As an officially designated USOC Community Partner, NAU assists in the distribution of USOC education and outreach materials throughout Arizona.

“The Community Partner designation allows NAU and Flagstaff to serve the U.S. Olympic Movement not only through training, but through education and outreach,” said NAU President John Haeger. “This is a natural fit with the mission of the institution and a wonderful opportunity for those who live in the communities we serve.”

NAU and the City of Flagstaff are proud to serve as a U.S. Olympic Community Partner along with the following cities: San Francisco, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Houston, Birmingham, Los Angeles, Denver, Miami, Philadelphia, San Diego, Edmond / Oklahoma City, and Salt Lake City.
