Below is the nomination form for the annual Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award. Faculty members can submit one nomination each.
The nominations can be submitted electronically or in hard copy to Melissa Riggs at the
Graduate teaching assistants who have direct teaching responsibilities (in classrooms, labs, or discussion sections) with a minimum 3.5 GPA are eligible to be nominated. Full details are included in the nomination form.
