Faculty Senate Scholarship

2008 Application Form Information

Each year the Faculty Senate offers a $500.00 scholarship to promising students that show:

• High academic performance - GPA over 3.0
• Must have completed at least two semesters at NAU.
• Undergraduate student at NAU.
• Deadline is Friday, March 28, 2008 by 12:00pm

A COMPLETED APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:

• A copy of NAU transcript (LOUIE unoffical is OK).
• Letters of recommendation from two NAU faculty members.
• A personal statement describing your activities at NAU which should include information on academic as well as university and community activities.
