This Fund supports graduate student research in conservation biology. Proposals for funding should include a letter of application, explaining the relevance of the proposed work, and a copy of the student’s graduate research proposal. Awards will be based on the quality of the application materials and the student’s potential impact in the field of conservation biology. Application for the John Prather Memorial Scholarship is open to all graduate students in good standing at Northern Arizona University. Students may reapply for funding as long as they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. Who was John Prather?

Bill Morrall Conservation Scholarship
Amount of Award Varies: Approximately $500 per semester (requires unique application and reference forms)
The Bill Morrall Conservation Scholarship was established in 1983 by the Arizona Wildlife Federation to honor the memory of Bill Morrall. Bill was actively involved in the work of the foundationand conservation issues important to Northern Arizona. Past recipients may apply. Selection for this award is based on the following criteria:
