The Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies Minor

A minor in Environmental Studies requires the following core courses:

  • Environmental Science 101 & 101L: Introduction to Environmental Sciences
  • Humanities 175: Environmental Humanities
  • Political Science 159: Introduction to Environmental Inquiry
  • Environmental Science 300: Problems in Environmental Sciences, or another ENV course selected in consultation with your advisor
  • Humanities 373: Nature and Values

In addition to core courses, you take 9 units from the list below. All courses have an environmental focus. At least 6 units must be at the 300 or 400 level.
