2009 Applications

New applications must be postmarked by February 20, 2009. Print a New Student Application Here.

Returners: Class 2010 and Class 2011 must reapply using the online application on vista.nau.edu

Log in under your respective class shell and complet the online assessment and submit it through Vista Blackboard.

Returner applications must be submitted by January 16, 2009.

If returners have questions please contact Four Corners immediately.

 

Who Is Eligible?

Students comparitive shopping

Students MUST meet ALL of the following two criteria to be eligible to apply to the Four Corners Program.

  • Students must qualify as Low Income OR First Generation College Bound
  • Students must be Freshmen OR Sophmores in High School and have completed 2 prerequisites with a C or better.
    • Algebra 1
    • One Lab Science course
  • Students must attend a high school within 300 miles of Flagstaff; students attending target schools will be given priority.

2009-2010 Target Schools

Students performing CPR

Students who attend high school within a 300 mile radius of Flagstaff are eligible to apply. However, Four Corners works closely with the following schools to recruit students:

  • Holbrook High School
  • Many Farms High School
  • Mohave High School
  • Monument Valley Arizona High School
  • Red Mesa High School
  • Tuba City High School
  • Wingate High School
  • Winslow High School
