Consistent with legal requirements and NAU's commitment to diversity, the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity provides guidance to University hiring authorities regarding the NAU Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and equal opportunity obligations. The Office meets with faculty and administrative search committees to review Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity search related obligations and is available as a resource to all others involved in recruitment ands election activities on behalf of NAU.
