Meal Periods
For flexibility, you may use up to 3 meals per meal period; 3 during breakfast, 3 during lunch, 3 during dinner and 3 during late-night - that's a max of 12 meals a day!
Breakfast 7 AM–10:30 AM
Lunch 10:30 AM–4:30 PM
Dinner 4:30 PM–9 PM
Late-night 9 PM–2 AM
