NAU Student Discounts

NAU student discounts apply to certain NAU events only. Please let us know if you are an NAU student at the beginning of your transaction. Limit is one discounted ticket per NAUCard.

NAU Theatre Will-Call Policy

Unclaimed Will Call tickets are forfeited 5 minutes to curtain in the event of a sell out, no refunds or exchanges. See full policy.

Method of Purchase

Tickets may be purchased online, by phone (at least one business day in advance of event via Visa, Mastercard or American Express), or in person at the Central Ticket Office:

We accept cash, check payable to NAU, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an event is cancelled and exchange option is not available, a refund of the ticket value minus all ticket processing fees will be issued. Exchanges within a season or package may be allowed for a fee, at the discretion of the Event Promoter.

Patron Fees

Additional service fees may be added to the ticket price. Examples include, but are not limited to transaction fees for online purchases, phone and mail orders, facility fees, and “at-door” purchases.
