The Purchasing Card Program is designed to ensure compliance with all State of Arizona Travel Policy, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S. § 38-621 through A.R.S. § 38-627), Arizona Board of Regents, and University travel policies and procedures, to provide meaningful travel data, and provide the means by which the traveler (Cardholder) is no longer awaiting large reimbursement checks from the University.
The VISA Purchasing Card is widely accepted, and the University requires the Cardholder to use the Purchasing Card to purchase certain approved travel related items.
