Financial Controls Services
The Financial Controls department provides the following services:

Provides guidance and education on financial and internal controls

Consults with departments regarding business processes, best practices and compliance with NAU Comptroller Financial Policies and Procedures and suggests process changes to increase operation efficiency and control

Reviews University responses and follow-up actions on audit recommendations

Assists departments with the completion of controls and policy self assessments

Administers the PCard and Travel Compliance Review program

Facilitates the annual University Level Risk Assessment process

Oversees the Administrative Development Series
