We have reserved a block of 150 rooms at the Woodlands Radisson, which houses two restaurants and a friendly lounge. The conference rate will be $69 for two queen beds and $89 for a comlete parlor suite plus taxes. Please note that to get this great rate, you'll have to make your reservations by March 1, 2007

Because the hotel is few miles from campus, an NAU bus will shuttle participants between the conference sites and the Radisson. Those who have cars will receive university parking passes.

Tour buses will take us from the Radisson to the Grand Canyon at 4 p.m., Friday, April 13. Please check the conference hotels for registration details.

Flagstaff and the surrounding areas have unique lodgings, including fine B&B's,but you will need a car to get around. Some visitors to Flagstaff stay in Sedona--but remember that its a minimum 45-minute drive from Sedona through Oak Creek Canyon.

The following hotels are within walking distance of the event venues and may provide special rates for NAU Events.

An on-call ASC/NAU shuttle service will run from 7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. each day.

La Quinta Inn and Suites

Hampton Inn

Faifield Suites

Hilton Garden

Amerisuites Inn

The INN at NAU (a little farther but on campus and free campus buses run every 12 minutes)
