Payment Deadlines

Fall Term 2009

Saturday, August 1st, 2009

Tuition not paid by the due date will be placed on Automatic Tuition Payment Plan and will incur a $100.00 non-refundable service fee.

Winter Session 2009

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

Tuition not paid by the due date will result in class cancellation or may incur a $50.00 non-refundable late fee for non-payment.

Spring Term 2010

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

Tuition not paid by the due date will be placed on Automatic Tuition Payment Plan and will incur a $100.00 non-refundable service fee.

Please note: The Office of The Bursar must receive payments on or before the published deadline dates by the close of business. Postmarks do not count.

Internet Payments:

Payments via the internet can be made using either a Credit Card or an E-Check.

*E-Check payments will require the following information; your bank routing number and your checking account number.

If you have a LOUIE User ID, use LOUIE to pay fees. This system will immediately post payments to your account.  Holds will be released overnight.

If you do not have a LOUIE User ID, use Guardian Access  to pay fees. 

A Guardian Access Tutorial is available to answer any questions you may have regarding this process.

Wire Payments:

Please contact our office at 928-523-3122 for wire transfer instructions.

Pay by Mail:

Check payments may be mailed directly to the Bursar's Office.  Please include the Student ID Number on the check and mail to:
