Payment Deadlines

Fall Term 2008

Friday, August 1st, 2008

Tuition not paid by the due date will be placed on Automatic Tuition Payment Plan and will incur a $50.00 non-refundable service fee.

Winter Session 2008

Wednesday, December 10th, 2008

Tuition not paid by the due date will result in class cancellation and will incur a $50.00 non-refundable late fee.

Spring Term 2009

Monday, December 1st, 2008

Tuition not paid by the due date will be placed on Automatic Tuition Payment Plan and will incur a $50.00 non-refundable service fee.

Please note: The Office of The Bursar must receive payments on or before the published deadline dates by the close of business. Postmarks do not count.

Fee Payment Methods

E-Check:

E-check payments are available only online.  Log in to LOUIE finances and click Make A Payment. 

Have the following ready to send via the internet, fax or telephone:

·        Your checking or savings routing and account number.

·        Student Name, ID Number, and Cardholder information will immediately post payments to your account.  Holds will be released overnight.

Internet Payments:

If you have a LOUIE User ID, use LOUIE to pay fees. This system will immediately post payments to your account.  Holds will be released overnight.

If you do not have a LOUIE User ID, link to Student Account E-Business Payment Process  to make an internet credit card or E-Check payment. This payment will be verified and posted within two business days.

International Students:

E-mail any questions to BURSAR@nau.edu.

If you have difficulty getting your online payment authorized, change your credit card address to USA and use the following address:

During Regular Business Hours: Significant delays may occur during payment deadlines until we update this method.
