You can register for the big event by e-mailing ASNAU.Leadership@nau.eduwith your name, organization name (if applicable), e-mail address, and number of people participating. Please register no later than March 28, but the sooner the better. On March 30, 2006 we will be holding an organizational meeting that a representative from each club must attend. At the meeting we will be handing out packets with information on what time of work you will be doing and for whom you will be volunteering.
On April 1, the Big Event will run from 9:30-2:30. Registration and breakfast will begin at 9:30 on the Natatorium Fields, then volunteers will arrive at their worksites at 10am to begin work. At noon, lunch will be dropped off at the work site. At 2pm, vans will return to pick up all volunteers and return them to campus.
