Biography

Why did you choose to attend Northern Arizona University?
When I visited campus I fell in love with the campus environment. It was a huge change from Phoenix, but I felt comfortable here and knew I would enjoy attending.
What do you like best about Northern Arizona University?
I enjoy the special interest the faculty and staff on campus take in me. The small class sizes allow me to get to know my professors and they know me.
What advice would you give a prospective student?
I recommend all students live on campus. It is a great way to meet and connect with people and you are close to the activities and your classes. Learn time management too. It is great to have fun, but school work and classes come first.
What do you do for fun on the weekends?
There is so much to choose from on campus and in town. I usually go to a movie, got to the NAU After Hours events activities or hang out at the mall or check out downtown for shopping and the dance clubs. The Madd and the Boardwalk play the best dance music.
Describe the best professor you've had here and explain why.
I love living on campus because it really unites me with my fellow students. My friends are always close by and it is fun going to hall events and activities. You meet so many new people. Living on campus has really made my college experience fun and memorable.
