Northern Arizona University is upgrading and improving the LOUIE systems beginning
October 17, 2006 through October 23, 2006.  As we implement the new and improved systems some services will not be available during this upgrade period.

Please read below how this upgrade period will affect the following departments and how your business with them will be affected.

Thank you for your patience as we implement this product to enhance service to our campus community.

Applications for admission can still submitted on-line, sent to our office by mail, or dropped off in person.  These applications will be processed beginning October 23, 2006.  Any transcripts and/or test scores submitted during this time will be processed beginning October 23, 2006. 

Students who wish to check the status of their application may do so beginning October 23, 2006.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid website is not affected by this upgrade and can still be completed on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  There will be an additional four day process time to the normal time frame for notification of financial aid awards.  If you have any questions, please contact us by phone at (928) 523-4951 or by email at financial.aid@nau.edu.

Registrations for New Student Orientation Sessions cannot be completed on-line but can be completed by telephone. If you have any questions, please contact the New Student Programs Office at 928-523-0632 or by email at orientation@nau.edu.

Some enrollment and grading deadlines have been adjusted.  Please click on the Calendars link and select Fall 2006 Enrollment and/or Fall 2006 Grading Schedule and/or Fall 2006 Session Dates for these updated deadlines.

If you anticipate needing to make any changes to your class schedule, please plan accordingly and either make the request prior to 10/18 or after 10/22.
