- Q: How can I obtain a copy of my 1098-T form?
- A: 1098-T forms are mailed to your permanent address (please update address on LOUIE by early January). If you need a second copy, you may access the form by clicking on the 1098-T Forms link under the Finances section of Student Center on LOUIE.
