- Q: How will I receive account refunds?
- A: Refunds are direct deposited. If you have not signed up for direct deposit, we will mail a check to your refund address. If paid on-line with a Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express or JCB credit card, a refund will be credited to your card.
