- Q: When will my excess financial aid be refunded?
- A: After all current account charges are deducted, the excess will be refunded to you. The first refunding of the term takes place approximately one week before the Mountain Campus term begins. Refunding occurs daily during the term. If you sign up for Direct Deposit, please allow a minimum of 48 business hours. If the refund is mailed, it can take up to two weeks.
