    • Q:   How do I apply for readmission?

      This information is for students who have previously attended the university and are coming back to continue with their studies.


      Undergraduate students in good academic standing who have not been enrolled for three consecutive fall spring terms must complete the "Application for Readmission Form" located on the Registrar's website
      at nau.edu/registrar/forms.asp.

      Students who have been academically suspended from the university, must submit a "Reinstatement Appeal Form" by the published deadlines through the Gateway Student Success Center. For questions regarding the reinstatement appeal form, contact the Gateway Student Success Center by e-mail at Gateway@nau.edu or by phone at (928) 523-4772.

      For assistance determining your enrollment history and/or whether or not you have to apply for readmission, contact the Office of Registrar at (928) 523-5490 or (928) 523-5491.
